From 24 to 28 April 2023 we have carried out the first mobility of the NEWDIGISHIP project in Valencia. Esplai Social, coordinator of the project, has been the entity in charge of organising the activities and visits of this mobility week. The programme focused on showing the digital entrepreneurship ecosystem in Valencia.

During the first day, we carried out an introductory session about digital entrepreneurship in WayCo Abastos, also providing useful information about the project. On the second day, we visited the CEEI in Paterna, who talked to us about their different acceleration and support programmes for entrepreneurs. In the afternoon, Startup VLC welcomed us at Jeff's offices and talked to us about their main event, València Summit, as well as about their task as promoters of the entrepreneurial fabric of Valencia.

On the third day we visited Marina de Empresas and got information about EDEM, Lanzadera and Angels. In the afternoon, we visited Social Nest Foundation to learn more about the role of digital entrepreneurship in the social ecosystem.

On Thursday, we were welcomed by Ideas UPV, where they told us about their Startup incubation programme. In the afternoon, the whole group went on a tour of the city, also focused on showing all those places and institutions that are benchmarks in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Finally, on Friday, taking advantage of the fact that this mobility was focused on the Staff of the organisations, we held the Transnational Project Meeting, where the partnership agreed on new deadlines for future project activities. A final socia lunch was held in Novaterra Catering inside CaixaForum València, being the end of this fascinating week about digital entrepreneurship!
